01 Overcutting of work
The external cause of workpiece overcutting is generally the tool strength is not enough or the size is not appropriate, the internal cause may be caused by the operator's operation is not standardized, or the cutting parameters are set improperly, the cutting allowance is set uneven resulting in too large tolerances this problem, then ultimately caused the workpiece overcutting, processing error this phenomenon.
Solution:
When the Angle clearing program is added, the margin is as uniform as possible, the tool is as large as possible, and the SF function fine-tuning of the vertical machining center is used to gradually achieve the best cutting effect.
02 Miscentering
Point is the machining center to determine the origin of the step, it can be said that any operation using the machining center can not be separated from this step. In addition to the inaccurate manual operation of the operator, there are burrs around the mold, the four sides are not vertical, and the parting rod has a magnetic phenomenon that will cause the parting of the inaccurate phenomenon.
Solution:
Before the machining center divides the mold, the dividing rod should be demagnetized first; The manual operation in the center should be checked repeatedly, and the center should be kept at the same point and height as far as possible; The calibration table is often used to check whether the four sides of the mold are vertical.
03 Colliding machine
The collision is now inevitable, but as a qualified operator of the machining center, it should be able to control the factors of the collision within the scope of avoidance. There are many kinds of problems caused by the collision, so we must control the factors to avoid the collision in advance.
Solution:
Reasonable setting of safety height; The tool length and actual machining depth on the CNC program are adjusted to the applicable position, and the depth Z-axis take number and the actual Z-axis take number are checked clearly. Coordinate setting check accurately during programming.
